DENVER CREATES
IMPACT TEAMS

Impact Teams are cross-sector groups that will work together over a year to drive measurable progress on key strategies from DENVER CREATES through collective action that wouldn’t be possible individually.

Audience Engagement Impact Team

The Audience Engagement Impact Team will engage in a long‑term, cohort‑based collaboration with WolfBrown aimed at strengthening audience engagement in Denver. Together, the Team will work toward developing a deeper and more nuanced understanding of the factors influencing shifts and lags in engagement—looking beyond post‑COVID trends to explore the systemic dynamics that may be shaping demand.

As insights emerge, the Team will consider the core drivers of insufficient audience demand, outline potential theories of change and identify a focused set of projects for testing and implementation over a two‑year period supported by DAV.

The team will be approximately 12 to 15 organizations and will collectively examine the root causes of diminished attendance and propose initiatives to counteract them and increase attendance.

We’re currently building a cohort for our inaugural Impact Team.

If you’re interested in being a part of the team, please fill out this Interest Form by October 16.

If you’d like more info, watch a recording of our recent info session or read a prospectus document with more detail on the selection timeline and what participation might look like.

Please reach out to anna.ghublikian@denvergov.org with any questions.
