DENVER CREATES PROGRAMS
Denver Arts & Venues (DAV) is the City and County of Denver agency that will steward DENVER CREATES and serve as a convener of the cultural sector. Through DENVER CREATES, DAV aims to inspire collaboration within the arts community to collectively address sector challenges and bring the vision of this roadmap to life.
DAV will support initiatives, facilitate partnerships and track sector progress, ensuring strategies remain aligned with Denver’s evolving cultural needs — ultimately helping Denver’s cultural community thrive — for good.

DENVER CREATES SUMMIT
The Summit is an opportunity to continue the work of DENVER CREATES for years to come. Held every other year, the Summit will convene the cultural sector for an energizing day of connection, collaboration and resource sharing—featuring dynamic speakers, meaningful networking and opportunities to engage around DENVER CREATES strategies.

DENVER CREATES CONVERSATIONS
DENVER CREATES Conversations is an opportunity to engage around current topics that spark cross-sector dialogue and collaboration related to the work of DENVER CREATES. The format may include expert talks, panels or interactive events that connect the cultural sector with the broader community and other opportunities for learning.

DENVER CREATES IMPACT TEAMS
Impact Teams are cross-sector groups that will work together over the course of a year to drive measurable progress on key strategies from DENVER CREATES through collective action that wouldn’t be possible individually.

This yearly update will show progress on DENVER CREATES goals, highlight community efforts, celebrate wins in the cultural sector, and use new data to shape next steps.
